The truth: Teens have A LOT going on. Taking time to choose foods that best support their physical, cognitive, and emotional development is NOT a priority. Unhealthy foods and habits do not support confident, radiant, thoughtful, and empowered teenagers. In a time of increased hormonal changes, anxiety, social pressure, identity development, and a heavy school load, teens need to be well-nourished, well-rested, and well-adjusted. Teens need to be healthy and empowered to successfully manage their busy lives.
An Introduction to Food, Wellness, and YOUR Body is an integrated coaching and education course for individuals who want to look and feel healthier, happier, and more confident.
CUSTOMIZED COACHING helps teens build the mindful capability to nourish their bodies, prioritize their energy, and create a life they love. This dynamic program helps each teen gain control of their life by eating right for their specific body.
Confidence, energy, and happiness start from within and radiate out. Let’s start from within!
THE 3-MONTH FLOW…
Month 1: Nutrition
The way we fuel our bodies shapes the way we function. This month, we’ll develop a new awareness around food and its influence on our physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
Month 2: Mindset
Looking into our basic emotional needs and personal belief system builds clarity around who we are and how we operate. It’s time to mindfully think, speak, and act from a state of empowerment. This month, we build confidence and self-efficacy by analyzing perspectives and mindset as powerful tools for creating change. Teens will gain practical knowledge in nutrition and feel empowered to take action. This month includes a trip to the farmer’s market.
Month 3: Action
Healthy living is the result of making healthier choices in our daily lives. This month, we will analyze influences and learn strategies to reduce anxiety, to stay grounded, and to work through emotional chaos. Participants will build a daily gratitude practice and become more mindful in the way they breathe, think, and eat. Teens learn about wellness, or wholeness, as they learn to create clear and manageable systems to reduce anxiety and manifest dreams.
Calm the mind. Nourish the body. Feed the soul.
