Vegan Banana Ice Cream

Vegan Banana Icecream, a perfect breakfast, snack, or dessert

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients: frozen bananas, coconut milk, strawberries, unsweetened coconut flakes, raw cacao nibs

  1. Place 2 large frozen bananas in the blender
  2. Add ¼ cup coconut milk and blend until it has the consistency of icecream (if you blend too long it will become more like a smoothie)
  3. Scrape thick banana icecream into a beautiful bowl
  4. Slice fresh strawberries to put on top
  5. Add coconut flakes and cacao nibs
  6. Mix it up. Walk outside, take off your shoes and sit in the grass. Take a minute to acknowledge your beautiful creation. Enjoy!
