Why are group fitness events so effective?

fitness day quoteFirst
, exercise raises endorphins and serotonin levels, increasing energy, happiness, and motivation. Groups of awesome people create an undeniable contagious energy that everyone in the group absorbs and benefits from. The team is more powerful than the individual.

Second, fitness days are an affordable way to work with an extremely experienced, high-end personal trainer.

Third, while other programs are specific for children, teens, or adults, fitness days are inclusive, designed for children 9 and up. This means the whole family can work out while spending time together.

A little about our trainer, Reggie Foy

Born in Chicago, Illinois, and raised in Southern California, Reggie was a collegiate baseball player. His love for personal fitness training started his freshman year where coaches and trainers inspired him to treat the gym and conditioning fields as a sanctuary. It wasn’t long before he fell in love with training.

Starting off as an independent trainer in downtown LA, Reggie’s talent was quickly recognized by celebrity trainer Don Brooks. Reggie began working for Brooks and became well known in the industry. Soon after, he began his own company Project RIP, where he specializes in speed, strength, endurance, agility and physique to bring out the best results and maximum benefit to body and spirit for each unique client.

DSC01547“My training is sports driven. I always take an athletic approach with explosive performance movements. And for those who are beginning their fitness journeys, I take a very extensive approach towards “functional training”. My ultimate goal is not only that my clients live with a body they love, but also that they love who they are and believe they are capable of accomplishing their dreams. I am inspired daily as my clients grow and become more confident both inside and outside of the gym. I am honored to be an integral part of their amazing journey to a healthier body, mind, and soul.”
