Fitness Days provide a healthy and fun way for parents and teens to spend quality time together. Upholding the belief that positive relationships are built through action, Fitness Days work to develop a healthy body, mind, and spirit.
Fitness Days will run once a month between the months of January and May. Come out, sweat and have fun with a beautiful community of adults and teens!
